Consequently, I had to re-engage with customer service the following day to finalize the return, which was not completed until the morning of the third day. I'm quite disappointed with my recent experience. The app did not function as expected, and despite assurances from a representative that the issue would be resolved, my car trailer remains active. This is concerning as it was supposed to be linked with the truck. I hope this can be rectified promptly.
