The system didn't notify the owners we would be picking up after hours, so the key wasn't left for us. Not this location's fault. It's the systems technical issues that is at fault. The owner at this location left his family dinner to bring us the key and was very helpful and kind to us. U-Haul needs to fix their system.

The hours of operation on the companies website were not correct. It read that it was open until 6 PM. We showed up just before 5 PM only to find out they close at five. The company representative was very helpful and and getting us processed before he locked the doors.
charlotte HThis location was very helpful and knowledgeable about the truck rental. I suggest for them to highly recommend that truck renters put down a waterproof tarp before loading the truck as rain water leaked into the bottom bed of the truck. Actually a permanent sign suggesting a tarp in the bottom would be best in all trucks.
