The lady at the desk was rude and disrespectful, I picked up an automotive trailer and she treated me like I was stupid. The gentleman there was amazing, but unfortunately his shift was over. When hooking up the trailer the lady was not only telling my 19 daughter and I how to do it, but was actually hands on attempting it herself. This wasn’t the first trailer I’d ever pulled a trailer. She definitely treated us like it was our first time. That was disrespectful to me and unappreciated. I could have given 5 stars had it not been for this experience.

RAYMOND COur order was changed at the last minute to a location much further away. This lead to much higher mileage charges than we would have had otherwise. As I understand it the equipment we were scheduled to rent was returned damaged but when that is the case and a change needs to be made uhaul should allow the customer to participate in the change to reduce problems with the changes. we could have selected a different location closer and had $30 less in charges.
