We dropped here after hours. It wasn’t the most convenient as they have a gate that’s pretty close to the road. This limits where you can park your truck after hours. We had to leave it on the shoulder. Had to stand in the roadway to take the pictures. Not very convenient but made it work.

SHAWN AOn my reservation I asked for a pre-pickup inspection of the car carrier b/c I was picking it up 800 miles from mybhome. The regional manager texted me he would do the inspection and he did just prior to my pickup. That's what I call great service!
dave sThe young man that helped me hook up the dolly to my truck was very helpful, and when my hitch didn't work, they loaned me one that did. They also stayed a few minutes late for me to drop the dolly back off. Very pleased with my experience!
