Leslie HThis was by far the worst Uhaul that we have rented, we rent about 4 a year for a program that we do across KY. This uhaul smelled like sweat and cigarettes, i had to wash the steering wheel three times to get the black - God knows what off it. The location was fine, the guy at the desk was nice just the actual vehicle was terrible.

Melissa JThe pick up location for after hours pick up was on the side of a busy highway. My pick up time was at 7:30pm so it was dark outside. There was also no cellular service so I was unable to pick up the truck at the time I had scheduled. After hours pick up at this location is very dangerous and should not be allowed!!
