On my reservation I asked for a pre-pickup inspection of the car carrier b/c I was picking it up 800 miles from mybhome. The regional manager texted me he would do the inspection and he did just prior to my pickup. That's what I call great service!

The young man that helped me hook up the dolly to my truck was very helpful, and when my hitch didn't work, they loaned me one that did. They also stayed a few minutes late for me to drop the dolly back off. Very pleased with my experience!
