I requested a trailer pick up at a location 1 mile from my house, UHaul moved my pickup to a site 8 miles from my house two days prior to the date. On my way to do the pickup they called to inform me that I needed to now pickup 15 miles the opposite direction. 30 miles round trip to pick up the trailer, 30 miles round trip to drop off the trailer. Doesn't make financial sense to do business with them. The actual place that had the trailer was great to work with, just not a great place for me.

eric hWe dropped here after hours. It wasn’t the most convenient as they have a gate that’s pretty close to the road. This limits where you can park your truck after hours. We had to leave it on the shoulder. Had to stand in the roadway to take the pictures. Not very convenient but made it work.
