The location where we originally scheduled to pick up the truck didn’t have it, so they sent us to a different location 15 minutes away, telling us to talk to the person at the second location to check in. When we got to the second location the person who was supposed to check us in had left work early, so we had to download the app to check in. However, because of all of the delays caused by the two locations, the app timed us out so the process took forever and the app wouldn’t work for us until we called and had the time reset. It was inconvenient and time consuming, and just generally a very negative experience.
