Hi. Rental was good. I needed to extend my time so I went on the app and do it - the app gave said, "approved". I got a call the next day from a customer service rep asking about the rental & if I had returned it. I said I extended it on the app. I was put on hold. She came back and said she extended it. Not a big deal but she was rude, very rude. No thank you for choosing U-Haul. No hello or even a good-bye. Just a, "I extended your rental, not you." I've done customer support and I can assure you, she's in dire need of some training. Regards, Paul Powell

The only problem was the building manager who is very disrespectful and doesn't know how to behave with people
WILLIAMCIPRIAN LIt was my first time to use a 24/7 U-Haul service, and I was surprised to see that it was so convenient. The instructions were clear and easy to follow despite not having any live person available to assist me. The rates were reasonable, and the vehicle itself is well maintained. There are so many van rentals around but U-Haul service tops them all.
Gilbert PAmazing neighbors! I booked it as TruckShare 24/7, which was supposed to be self service, but I just couldn’t figure it out. In a panic, I parked the car blocking bunch of people and ran up to people that live two properties away. They were so nice, they told me I can do it through the App. I still didn’t know what I was doing so I went to another business next door, and some workers there helped me check the truck out and even moved the truck for me so I can easily drive off. Best experience ever!
