Amazing neighbors! I booked it as TruckShare 24/7, which was supposed to be self service, but I just couldn’t figure it out. In a panic, I parked the car blocking bunch of people and ran up to people that live two properties away. They were so nice, they told me I can do it through the App. I still didn’t know what I was doing so I went to another business next door, and some workers there helped me check the truck out and even moved the truck for me so I can easily drive off. Best experience ever!

Kevin TThe automated drop off service was very difficult . Asked for pictures of the van but kept on rejecting pictures . Took almost 30 minutes just taking pictures . Also when picking up the van , there should be directions to pre check so as not to waste time . Trying to do the checkin process took 30 minutes .
