Wish the trucks were a little more visible. They’re on the side of the building.
Kevin TThe automated drop off service was very difficult . Asked for pictures of the van but kept on rejecting pictures . Took almost 30 minutes just taking pictures . Also when picking up the van , there should be directions to pre check so as not to waste time . Trying to do the checkin process took 30 minutes .

George GPick up thru the U-Haul website was fast and simple. Can’t account for other users capabilities but if you have some computer literacy it’s easy. FYI: with the website I don’t have to worry about loading the app and updating it. And, you still get all the access, benefits and ability to make your own final bill.
