I fueled the truck back to where the fuel needle was when picked up. Yet, I'm still being charged for fuel!! Absurd!!! Will NEVER use again!!!

I rented a truck at 8:30 am I got it at 9 am and I returned it at 1 pm with initial miles of 44002 and I finished with 44028 for a total of 26 miles, when I delivered the truck the man did not want to check the miles of the truck, and I did not want to give my bill, today I check my mail and they are charging me 30 miles more, this irresponsible person for not doing his job, because he has to check the truck to deliver and to return and he did not want to do , the most probable thing is that I rent it separately and preferred to charge it to me. this is a lack of respect. I do not recommend this company or use it again, they steal from their clients, previously I had already rented with you and I had no problems, but this time the bad attention and bad service is horrible.

Harry was very accommodating when I couldn't get the truck I wanted originally because it was the last weekend of the month and before a holiday. I wasn't going to take the truck since I've never driven a fifteen foot vehicle before but it wasn't bad and the truck was clean and a smooth ride. I'd definitely recommend Keepers Self Storage!

Bergenfield Keepers LLC was wonderful. The gentleman was very understanding when I had trouble finding my way to his storage facility, since his location was not the location I had expected. U-haul should make sure it is absolutely clear that a vehicle may not actually be available at the preferred location. If there is a difference between the selected location and the final rental location, it should be highlighted to the customer!
