How did something that was supposed to be 1995 plus $25 for insurance tax etc mileage end up being $98 and you just happened to take $100 from my card I feel like I was unfairly treated and I had many hidden cost this was so unfair I should have at least had a $40 return from your company I was overcharged greatly and I feel cheated and I'm a big mouth I'm going to tell everybody about these charges that I see on my card because I see no return credit from my $100 and I didn't go over the mileage that much either my son lives three and a half miles from me and three and a half miles back That's six miles how the heck did it be so expensive something is not right and y'all better straighten it out The gentleman that worked there were very polite and accommodating I thought I would be safe and I didn't know that I would have all of these hidden charges added to my bill I'm a senior citizen and I feel as though I was just taking advantage of

I have one suggestion. All rentals must be cleaned & sanitized before the next driver rents one., because my rental had a smell of fish in the drivers cabin and the inside door handles were sticky . This should be the protocol before giving out a rental . On a another note the person serving me was very accommodating. I do suggest this place to other rentals.
Low beam on passenger was out. That made for a hellish drive at night. Seat back adjuster was broken, made for a long uncomfortable drive. The cab was spotless, but the cargo area had to be swept out before we could load. I found the staff I dealt with first rate! Courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Have some proof the vehicle was sanitized before the next user gets in. The uhaul rep was never at the location for 3 days. I called 3 days in a row to confirm my uhaul pick up and never spoke to someone. It took me 45 mins to get my vehicle.
