Everything went smooth and easy. My only problem was with the driver window crank. When I went to open the window the knob came off. I put it back on and it worked if I was very careful.

luis L.Found roaches in the truck. No one there to help. You're expected to do all the work yourself and over pay. It took an hour with only an IT person to help. And U-haul expected you to be the cashier, the booking agent, the supervisor and the rental agent. To top it all off I was over charged.
