There is no cell phone service - it was impossible to check in- had to drive a mile up the road to have dispatch send us information - customer service was wonderful but this is a horrible location due to distance from my destination and no cell service

How U-Haul Reviews WorkJohn, was a major help and really great service.
ann dEverything was great. The truck was in great shape and drove perfectly. Owner (John) and all other staff involved are very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful!
Benjamin WOwner Operator, John West is already aware, but the passenger side spot mirror is missing. John stated that the mirror is going to be replaced soon. I just want it clearly noted that the spot mirror was missing when I rented the truck.
Benjamin WU-Haul data systems were very slow the day I picked up.
