I made my reservation for my truck 7 weeks prior to when I needed it. Did the online check in only to be called at 545 pm the night before my move to be told they didn’t have a truck for me and supposedly they only had one farther up in Michigan which threw everything behind schedule. Also I was told online that pickup was for 830 am only to be told nope not till 9 am. Then the instructions for return were to be dropped off at 9 am only to get there and find it didn’t open till 10am. The amount of miss information was mind blowing. I also had reached out to try and return it the same day and was asked to text and not call which I did and was ignored that night but they called me at 640 am on Monday. I didn’t answer it because it was the time to return early had passed. I was very disappointed in me whole experience

The service at this location was Wonderful

Haley TThere were a bunch of hidden fees. I paid $143 when I first picked the U haul up and was told if I didn’t fill the fuel up I’d be charged $30. I didn’t have time to top the fuel up on my way to work, but the gas when I picked the u haul up was at 3 quarters of a tank. When I returned it it was just under half. I was told I went 70 miles over the limit I was allowed which doesn’t make sense, I moved an hour away and even added extra miles when I rented it to ensure I wasn’t going over any extra miles. I was charged a second charge of $235 for a total of $378. When I called to inquire why I was charged so much no one had a direct answer and I got a lot of “ummm well” type of answers. Don’t rent from here if you can avoid it.
Rebecca BDrop off location was rather full so it made parking the truck somewhat challenging, but it all worked out. I was unaware that I needed to checkout my reservation so when I got a bill for “after hours services” because I did not checkout until the following day, a Sunday, I was very surprised.
