Trailer was very old. Interior was reasonably clean. Exterior was very dirty with bird poop on the roof, fenders, and rear loading lip. There was dried cement one one side of the exterior. I chose to wash the exterior with a garden hose before use. There was also loose hardware inside the trailer - a lifting handle, door roller, and bolt. Shamefully poor equipment for the very high rental price
