Very disorganized; we had to correct several errors during the transaction, we were unable to add another driver to our policy (who came in person with a driver’s license) because they didn’t know how to do it, overall very poor customer service experience.

Paula EI entered the wrong mileage in the app and couldn't cancel my reservation once I'd checked on on the app. I was charged a mile even though I never touched the truck because I was charged too much money I was afraid to use it. I wasn't my rental fee and 1mile milage charge back.
