This location charged me wrongly. I was given an extra day rental and this location charged me for a day and mileage. Jim Price gave me an extra day and was refunding me $50 off of my rental. It wasn’t a good moving experience this time. I’ve used U-Haul for many years. I never experienced the lack of professionalism as I have this time. Not sure if I’ll ever use U-Haul again.

The truck cab had a gas smell. The truck itself stalled on several occasions. It had a jerky kind of fill to it when it changed gears.
