Tiffany at Fox Ship was extremely helpful. I called looking for directions, and even though she was on her way to work, she picked up the call and gave me the directions told me where to park. Then she saw me in the back, of the store and answered questions about the app check out procedures. Because my pickup BP location did nothing. People still make a huge difference in how we come away from an experience! Bravo to Tiffany and whoever hired her! I very appreciated her help!
