The vehicle and location weren't the problem, the app was the problem. First, stop harassing for up selling just about every single service, it's inappropriate and annoying. Second, the app is terrible, pick up and drop off, HORRIBLE. It's a pain in the ass to get the app to go through and let me get driving and even worse at drop off. When I clicked drop off, it went to a customer service rep that never came through. The only way I could get into drop off, was by going through the app to the rental info, pull up the in app browser, then click drop off where I had to answer a series of useless prompts to confirm It was dropped off. Worst yet, does uhaul not understand I can't provide the fuel Guage reading without having the key in the ignition? This happened after I put the key away in the back of the truck just as instructed and found out only after the fact I needed to take vehicles of the Guage, the inside of the vehicle and so on. Terrible, done using uhaul for good.
