Very friendly salesman. Took time to explain everything.

I was not happy that my reservation was changed from Running Springs to Big Bear. It was a 2 hour round trip to pick up the trailer instead of 15 minutes. The Big Bear location was great though.

Gas gage writen down wrong . Fuel level showed less than three-quarters but the contract was written for three-quarters.

My recommendation to U-Haul is to tell your customers who you give a confirmed one way reservation, that the type and size of the trailor you are renting is not guaranteed until 2 days before the actual rental. I reserved an open 5X9 trailor and received a confirmation from U-Haul only to receive an email one day before my rental that the rental location in Bog Bear Lake, CA didn't have any and I would need to pick it at another location about 50 miles away. This was totally unacceptable. Luckily after numerous calls to U-Haul scheduling, they found a 5X9 enclosed trailor for me to rent. So it all worked out and each of the rental locations were very good. But U-Haul should not send out confirmed reservations if you can't actually confirm you have the rental equipment needed at the time of the initial rental reservation.

I went in looking for a 2-3 hour rental of an open trailer on a Saturday. They didn’t have any open trailers and box trailers were by the day only. Liquor Junction was busy, loud, and just not a very compatible business. That said, the attendant was pleasant and helpful.

the truck I ordered was reserved so I took a smaller one, went back to get a trailer, but when I got there it was reserved to someone else so i took a smaller one. The truck was no clean, it had so many bugs on it the headlights were not effective and the high beams were useless., The tow/haul mech is not working correctly. The truck drove nice.

More compensation for having to drive 1 hr to pickup on a reservation that was accepted weeks before...
