The online system on u-hauls end was slow and cumbersome. Some simplifications could make pickup from remote locations take less time. The service was friendly and patient

The person I talked to that is onsite took care of the check in. Using the app failed. I couldn't click past the screen that said drop off the keys. There are no keys . . . this was very stressful for no reason to do with the people on site. Uhaul's online sucks and their customer service line sucks.
