I was supposed to pick up my truck at another location using the app. The app could not detect my location even though my settings were good. I spent well over half an hour on the phone wit lh 3 different people and had to go to the Glendennigs location in the end. In the meantime I had to pay movers $150 for doing nothing while they waited for me to get a truck. All because the Uhaul app was not functioning properly.
