WANDA MI was overcharged, enrolled in the insurance when I specifically opted out of it, and then had yet more charges be attempted to my card despite the fact that the gas was full, I didn’t go over on the estimated mileage, etc. This was a horrible experience and I will never rent another U-Haul again.
RUBEN AI was on a very precise schedule as I was paying movers by the hour and it took over half an hour for them to get me the uhaul.
