The owner of this station is exceptional. His communication was clear. Our small business rented a U-Haul here today & the process was seamless. Ty for an easy transaction & for providing A Grade customer service. While I was at the station, a gentleman walked in for an oil change to be scheduled at a later date. However, Matt jumped right into action and provided this gentleman with instant service. That type of priority & care will keep this station open for many years to come. Family owned gas stations like this are a true part of what America what built upon. Hard work & dedication to serving the community. We will return to rent future U-Hauls. Highly recommend!

TIMOTHY MI tried to change my pickup time the day before, but I was not allowed to do so. As a result, I had to pick up the truck at the original scheduled time. Since I couldn't leave the truck on the premises, I had to park it across the street and leave it there for a couple of hours until I actually needed it. In addition, customers are not allowed to park their personal vehicles on the property, which was very inconvenient. The pickup process took more than 30 minutes, and I was required to upload all of my documents again, even though I had already submitted them online. They also assigned me 100 miles, even though I clearly explained that I would only be driving about 15 miles. Finally, the truck was not clean when I received it. I had to ask the staff to clean it before I could leave. Overall, the pickup process was much more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been, and the customer service did not meet my expectations. The drop-off process was much easier. The gentleman working there was friendly and helpful. He told me where to park the truck after I filled the gas tank, took my paperwork, and let me know that everything was all set. The return process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free.
