1. One of the trailer ramps did not function properly. 2. One of the trailer tires broke, so I called roadside assistance to replace it. The emergency service was excellent, but it added four extra hours to the process. 3. I initially booked a 15-ft U-Haul at the Lowell U-Haul location, but was told it wasn't available when I requested confirmation. I had to remake the reservation and picked up the truck at a different location, East Billerica Shell. This caused unnecessary worry.

John COur only complaint is that we rented in Littleton weeks before our pickup date, and were not notified until the night before that they didn't have the trailer. This is a complaint against Littleton, however! The people at the East Billerica Shell were helpful and accommodating!
