Curt BThis location was perfect!! Made original reservations at Big Blue Sky Storage in Billings they were not open & we waited for 45 minutes, called & they never returned call. Uhaul sent me to Drury Lane location & they were very accommodating & pleasant. I would NOT recommend Big Blue Sky Storage in Billings MT!!
Kenneth YWhen I went to get the uhaul, the personnel didn't take me to the vehicle. They assumed I knew what I was doing and how to operate the vehicle. They gave me the key and said you seen them as you came in. It's the middle one. And that was it. I would suggest that they take the time to go over the vehicle with the customer and make sure they understand the equipment they are renting.
