The first location I rented a truck from lost the key and could not find another one to rent me the truck. This location had a 15 foot truck but would only rent me a 20 foot truck. I spent a lot more.

Richard RFacility is great, I use this one all the time, and will do so in future. My issues are with U-Haul’s app/text link for me to leave in vehicle. I had to go get and employee to finish my check in because the page I have to submit pics on would not let me take pic. for the cost of the van rental next time I will just use enterprise rental car. Also you could prorate some mileage too. I drove 18 miles at a cost of .89 a mile.
