The location is in a terrible location; not safe to send anyone. The entry is in to a used car lot and is very narrow with no room to get in and out of the location. Broken down cars, looks more like a junk yard and again...I am a 53 year old white guy that carries a gun everywhere I go and I was on high alert and adrenaline flowing to just get in and out as quick as possible. The owner "Shak" was very nice but the facility and location is a disaster. NEVER send your daughter or wife to this place alone!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe manager was on a personal call the entire time talking about his car lot. He never checked to see if I was at the correct location for the drop off and asked no questions. I was just told to drop the trailer over there
