I made a reservation over the phone with a local U-Haul. I was told for a 10’ truck the price for 4 hours would be $21 If I went over the 4 hours I would be charged mileage On the day of pickup I was called and told that I would have to go to another location for my truck. At check-in I was charged the original $21 PLUS MILEAGE FOR a PRICE OF $148. I was robbed

Staff was great at this location but the truck had many issue, Several codes in dashboard: Left tire low add air ,stablizer bar need service , and then when it got dark I found out it had a headlight out .

Jonathan MMy only concern was that the wind shield and windows were not clean. I spent 30 minutes cleaning them so I could safely see out. Once I did that the remainder of my rental wa excellent.
