The Truck was a joke, I have photos of how dirty it was. A photo of the serve low tire light on. A photo of the right windshield wipe blade rubber missing with metal running across the glass. Lastly, a transmission that needed to be overhauled. In ten years as a travel nurse and using U Haul it was the most disgraceful and unsafe vehicle I have ever seen. I spoke to my attorney on the issues and it will be addressed with the CEO of U Haul. I also plan on contacting my US Rep to have a complain files with Federal Transportation Dept.

Dropped the truck and didn’t speak with anyone.
Justin ETruck was operable, easy too drive. The interior was filthy and there was dirt and grass in the back part. Business manager was nice and helpful.
