Poor customer service.
Stanley KWhen I rented the equipment, I chose a location where the truck was available for my time frame. Then the location changed at 2:07 before my 3PM appointment. In my eyes, I chose the location, and it changed because you did not have the truck, so the reservation was not properly kept. It is not the end of the world but as a businessperson, I also appreciate feedback. I had to navigate plans after closing on a house while in route to Chelsea and drive extra miles.
