If there are specific policies which must be met upon drop-off, customers must be informed before the drop-off location is changed without their agreement. I do not appreciate being yelled at and threatened with having to pay yet more bcause I was not informed of the policies at the drop-off location. Had the location I had chosen remained the same,I am fully convinced my experience woild have gone more smoothly.

Our experience with this location was very frustrating. The man who helped us originally quoted our total as $82.27. We questioned him multiple times about it because it seemed low, but each time, he confirmed this amount. When we returned the truck, we were charged $711.95. We understand that this is the correct amount, however we were misled on what the amount would be. When we asked the employee about it at the return, she was very rude and unaccommodating. We were only offered a $50 voucher for our next rental, which we won't use because we most likely will not use U-Haul again. Previously, we've used Metro Truck for our services but were hoping for a better price from U-Haul. We plan to return our business to Metro.

My pick up time was delayed by and hour and 45 mins which caused me to miss my appointment to pick up furniture. I had to pay a 100 dollar fee to pickup On monday. On top of that I wasn't notified that my first pick up location did not have the things I paid for. So I ended up having to go to 3 locations in total. And was charged for extra mileage when I turned the truck in. I think I should be refunded for my entire service. The customer service was very poor and caused me lots of problems. At this lovation in partucular, i Had to wait in lobby for 20 mins before anyone walked in. It took nearly 45 mins in total to get a truck even though I prepaid and checked in early. Terrible service

I waited about 30 minutes to pick up the car that I had already reserved. Instructions were not clear. I was given a key and told the car was in the lot. The uhaul was not in the outside parking lot, so after trying the key on every uhaul outside, I came in and waited again. The staff member found the right car inside the gate, but did not give instructions for how to exit the gate. I had to wait at the gate for him to open it. I spent almost an hour picking up the uhaul.

Make sure u explain the entire rental fees before you leave in a truck I was charged for something I didn't even need because I had my own but I used it because it was already on the truck but I thought it was free!! The dolly was a $7 charge I could have saved on my rentala

I was overcharged for damage that I did not make, was never notified of the alleged damage and didn't find out about the alleged damage nor its charge until we went to get another uhaul and they charged my card upon leaving. When I called to ask about the charge, the desk attendant was VERY rude and after using uhaul time and time again over the last 4 years, you all just lost a very loyal customer.

the day after I turned the truck in I got a receipt with a $25 clean up fee. I knew the truck was the same as when I picked it up so I kept calling the store to find out what the charge was for. Something was wrong with phone lines and an answering service kept picking up. I asked them and they did not know. I went by the store and Brandon said he did not know. I also asked Brandon if there was piece to a bed left in the truck and he looked in the trash for it but didn't see it. Finally after 5 pm on the Wednesday after I rented the truck, I got Angela Mangus on the phone. I asked what $25 clean up fee was for. She looked and asked if I left anything in the truck. I said not that I know of but there was a piece of a bed missing. Well that is what I was charged $25 for. A piece of wood that was left on the truck and they never tried to contact me to let me that it was there. I will never use them again!
