How U-Haul Reviews WorkKevin was always very helpful, and I truly appreciated his assistance. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff was completely different. The customer service was horrible, and some of the staff really need better training on how to communicate with customers. I ultimately moved out because there were too many rules and regulations, along with extra fees on top of fees. What really frustrated me was that after I moved out, the locks/codes apparently weren’t even updated properly, yet I was still charged the associated fees. Kevin had to try numerous codes before he could finally get the correct one. Calls and texts were made several times to a staff member before he received the right code. The entire situation felt extremely unorganized. All I could think was, what if their paperwork or account records were handled with the same lack of organization and my belongings had mistakenly been sold? That’s a serious concern when you’re trusting a company with your personal property. Kevin was great, but overall, the poor customer service, excessive fees, and lack of organization made this a very disappointing experience. Honestly, I moved out the day I made my last payment

It still had the green security tie on the lock which you have to have a knife or scissors to cut . Which I didn’t have . I tried calling but kept being menued to the app ( which I already had ) which is worthless when having a problem such as mine ) . When someone finally answerd I got an immediate please hold and never picked up for 40 minutes . I even asked a customer to go back and tell the manager I needed help . No response . I finally had to leave my storage outside the unit while I drove my rental back to the office . I encountered the manager and informed how long I had been waiting . HHS said they had mad other customers . I’m a customer to and nobody should be. Lefft on hold that long. Someone dropped the ball on removing the devise and response . What should have taken me 15 minutes took me over an hr .
