I had the trailer for 5 hours on Saturday. I returned the trailer to Mac’s at 6:05 pm on Saturday night and was charged for two days rent. Sure hope this can be rectified!

Excellent service
PHYLLIS HThe truck was filthy inside and out. Cup holders sticky and very dirty. Outside of truck had bugs and dirt. Inside the cargo area had a cockroach, for heaven’s sake, and was extremely dirty on the floor. The shift column lever had at least 2” of play and the transmission was misbehaving. Very poorly maintained vehicle. THEN I was charged $15 for insurance when I had said no to that option and a random $5 fee for some other nonsense. This was at Mac’s Hardware, Bismarck, ND, the pick up point. They handled things so badly, I wouldn’t buy a bolt from them in the future. When I called U-Haul I was told it’s the responsibility of the dealer. Dealer said it’s Uhaul.
