Terrible experience. Our paperwork showed drop off at Mac’s Hardware. We rented in Moorhead Friday morning 7am and returned the truck Saturday 555pm. Cole did not know how to return the truck because said wasn’t in his computer. Said would handle in the morning and call me but never called. Sunday morning received a call from uhaul location in interstate loop asking where the truck is. Paid for a ride back to Mac’s Hardware and spoke with Mark who did his best to assist. I called the Interstate loop site and spoke with Abby who directed Mark how to search for the truck and return it. When this happened Mark wasn’t able to override extra charges and had to call Jeremy who he stated was over the region. Jeremy was supposed to refund the $72 as Mark informed him the truck was returned timely. This refund still hasn’t happened. Mark stated Jeremy would submit the ticket after lunch. Highly disappointing UHaul.
Heather KThey didn’t tell us that we were going to be charged extra. We missed our return drop off by an hour, so we somewhat expected it but when I asked they didn’t say that and when it was returned they didn’t mention it.
