They didn’t tell us that we were going to be charged extra. We missed our return drop off by an hour, so we somewhat expected it but when I asked they didn’t say that and when it was returned they didn’t mention it.

DIANE S$300 charges for wrong drop off?
Ronald RMy daughter went in to the store to ask about picking up the Uhaul and for help attaching the tow for her car. The young man told her in how she described as a condescending way “we don’t do that, you do” with no further instruction. She went back to the truck and checked her email to try and find information on where the keys may be. I then called the store and got the same young man on the phone, he proceeded to tell me he had the keys. I asked why he hadn’t mentioned that to my daughter after denying her any assistance on getting the tow hooked up…he was apologetic after hearing how unimpressed we were. My daughter then went back in to the get the keys and finally someone came out to help. Very unimpressed.
