Hard to reach and communication was poor
Jim WNot park a 15' truck, with an auto hauler where a customer has to spend an hour trying to turn the truck and trailer around in a limited space, after driving an hour to pick it up. It is much simpler for a customer to hook up the trailer, load the vehicle, then pull straight out of the single driveway opposed to trying to back out of the driveway.
Shawn FThe gas gauge was on empty when I got the truck even though the receipt showed a quarter tank. I had to put gas in it immediately to keep from running out a block from location. The gas gauge was defective the entire trip.The wrong drop off location was on receipt too. I had told the clerk the right place. When I got to destination, I was told I had to drop off at another place.
