I have no suggestions to improve the pick up of the truck. Although this location was not the requested pick up location, it was very easy to get to and plenty of room in the lot to pull out the truck, take appropriate photos, and obtaining the keys from the lock box.

I felt the process was very accommodating and would use the services again. Less tech-savvy individuals would find this hard to navigate, and the gas station attendants were not very knowledgeable about the process.
