Trailer was not clean. I found at least a half a dozen screws in it. The corners had leaves and debris in it. I had also rented a "universal dolly" hand truck. This equipment was not at the location in spite of the fact that I made phone call to insure that it would be. The person at the location refused to call and find this equipment so that I could pick it up at another location. I had to find and procure it myself.
