I dropped the U-haul off a day early, the location was closed so I put the keys in the drop box. I was required to choose one of the options above but I did not see the inside of the location or talk to any personnel.
Jaimee MPaul and Kevin were absolutely fantastic. We'd had a very long trying day after our personal car broke down and we needed to tow it. We were so surprised to walk into the office and find a nice clean area. The process was very organized and streamlined. The employees were efficient, helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this location.
