The above questions were somewhat irrelevant since they were not "yes" or "no" answers. The location was not clean nor inviting, but was not really dirty either - simply average at best. The personnel were again mostly indifferent. I advised I had a trailer to return outside in the lot, but the desk agent, upon my request for a return receipt, said one was not needed, and declined to provide a receipt. The outside help was OK.
