The only disappointing thing was they were sold out of dollys and Handtruck that I had in my reseveration.

It was not explained to me that there was not a ramp in a 10ft truck. The link was not explained to me before leaving. The gas tank was at 1/4 not 1/2 when we got it. I called and then the link was explained to me. By that time the link had expired. I put more gas in it than was there when I got it and it was charged for it. I rented the truck for 2 hours. Drove it 20 miles and ended up paying 79.00 for it. I will not rent from this location again
