Jorge RWorst moving experience in my life. Expected a 6 x 12 trailer with ramps for my golf cart. I went there the day prior to my move to pick it up. I was told they don’t have any of that type for one-way rentals. I reserved the equipment six weeks in advance and not knowing I wasn’t getting the trailer the day before without being notified completely unprofessional. I will never use U-Haul again.
STEPHEN PMy only issue would be being more upfront on having a limited amount of mileage to do that one way rental. It wasn't communicated and the emailed receipt it wasn't prominent. Otherwise a great rental by itself.
