I visited in person because I wanted to know everything I needed in order to hook up my trailer. When I went to pick up the trailer a few weeks later, I was missing the light connector. It caused me an enormous amount of work, driving, stress. I was not happy.

Michael TI’m an older lady and it would have been helpful when I called to arrange where the truck would be located so I didn’t have to walk all the way around to the very pack gravel parking lot to locate the truck. I called and asked if I could pick up the key so I didn’t have to deal w after hour locks etc and he told me no. They preferred to not do that. I then asked why and he said when other customers see the truck and can’t rent it well that upsets them. Now is me having the keys and the office having the key in the lockbox any different. They plainly didn’t want to make it easier on me, the customer. Then when I arrived of course I had to download the add and do all that out in 95 degree heat and I couldn’t get the lock box unhooked bc I am an older lady and thankfully I had help w me that could get it opened! We almost couldn’t get the key out of the box due to it being jammed in there sideways and the door would only open half way. Seems to me you have an issue w customer service and is preferred to be able to come in during hours and get everything set up!! I will rent from another company next time that doesn’t mind doing their job instead of forcing someone to do after hour check in.
