Coordinator was not on site, asked us to wait, had to coordinate to pick up keys from a neighboring business. It worked out but could have been a real problem if we were not flexible on timing

DOROLIAN MMissing equipment requested Pick id verification was a frustrating process Charged some random $2 fee when dropped off with no explanation Contact number shown on website and confirmation order was a disconnected number I would appreciate a credit - due to the fact that the last 2 times i have used uhaul it has been a bad experience Last time in 2020 the place i rented from not only did not have trucks in parking lot they were not even opened I had yo scramble yo find another location that had a truck HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BOTH TIMES
