Uhaul prices are too high. A 4 hour drive cost me almost $1000 if you count the fuel. Customer service is excellent. The lady at the RV park where I picked up was an Amazing help and very friendly, but pricing is way over what I was anticipating on paying. So that is probably my only and biggest complaint, and still getting charged full price when I brought the rental back that same day is also a bummer. May shop around next time to compare rates and cost per mile with other alike businesses.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation and truck were fine. The online check in was horrible. The uhaul online self check-in was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any online service I have ever used. The people at the pick up location are the only reason I may ever use uhaul again.
Dan FIt's a little confusing because there aren't lockboxes for the keys. They are in the back of the truck. We had to call them and double check.
Lauren BThis return was after hours and the drop box is located in a very bad place it’s a fixed to a building in which you have to climb a rock wall in order to get to it. As I climbed the wall I lost footing and fell off directly on my back and my head hit the pavement and landed with my wrist turned . There were witnesses to this accident many came running to help. You need a set of steps. It should be mandatory. After a long day of moving no one should be expected to climb a rock wall with open pockets in it and be worried that snakes could be seeking shelter from the heat. I worry for the elderly who rent and the people with children who live in this community.
