I am very unhappy with my rental. the truck was filthy in the cab and the back. I had to clean the back before I could even start loading. I rented it for one day, the location i rented from didn't close it for 7 days and then charged me for all of them for $340. I did get reimbursed $211, but they also booked me for furniture pads and a dolly that was not on the truck and I never used it. I will NEVER rent from this location again.

People were nice and helpful but confusing to find (who would expect a U-Haul rental place in a nick nak store? Printer was not working so he could not print the contract. The truck had an empty can and empty snack bags behind the driver seats.
Philip TMoving is stressful enough you increase that level by tenfold I was told I had a truck at a certain location. It wasn’t available. I was told I was gonna get a discount. I never did. I was charged $30 for gas after I already filled the tank it was unbelievable terrible
