Explain to the customer how he can get the key before the store is open. Unfortunately the store had to open late and I had to stand around waiting for someone to show me how to get the key out of a lock box. It was explained that I should be able to do it via the app but I showed the very nice and friendly employee the app and she couldn't access it either so we had to do it manually through the system at the store.
John JStopped in to rent a truck was told I need to call the 800# to reserve. I received the pickup information with a pickup time of 10:00 am. Called two days prior to pickup to request a 9:00 am pickup. Never received a call back. When to the location at 9:00 am when the location opens. Doors were locked. Employee never showed up until 9:40.
