The return comments are really related to UHaul corporate, not the location. Haul has no idea what they are doing via the Online and backup systems. I received a confirmation email with pickup and drop off, but apparently UHaul lost it somehow. I showed up to drop off and could not even get paperwork proving I had dropped it off until spending time on a call. The return business should have been to issue me something so I could have been on my way, while U-Haul fixed there mess up. Highly unlikely I’ll use you guys again for 1-way drop again
