I was charged for 2 days for being 28 minutes late. I will never use uhaul again and I will make sure that no one I know will use this location.

When I got to location the lady started yelling at me as I was following the U-Haul Direction on my phone. She said “I tell you where to drop it” she kept having attitude and being rude. I try to talk to her and she would not have it. I felt horrible and had to walk away because she wanted to argue about things. I was by myself and I couldn't remove trailer from hitch because it was heavy. I ask her for a jack like they did it at pickup location and she gave me attitude because other customers have pickup in past on there on and leave. I told her I couldn't do it by myself. She eventually brought me a jack after waiting for a while. It was a horrible experience dropping equipment off. I have another trailer to drop off in Tuesday hopefully that goes better.
Abdiel MVery nice and helpful!
RAY SI WILL NEVER BOOK UHAUL ONLINE AGAIN! I booked for pickup at the Southport location and it was confirmed. When I arrived at the location I was told the booking only confirms a unit is available in the area. It cost us two hours having to drive to Bolivia. I don't blame the people at the pickup locations. I blame UHaul for a shoddy app that does not give correct information. A lot of hassle could have been avoided if I had known the reservation had been moved.
MICHAEL HLet customers know there are not tongue jacks or blocks with the trailers. You have to use a 2x4 to lift it up and it sits on the ground.
