I rented reserved two 26 trucks in advance and they did not have my equipment. So I had to sheet one smaller truck which cost us an extra 300 dollars as we had to make two trips.
Shannon FThe return comments are really related to UHaul corporate, not the location. Haul has no idea what they are doing via the Online and backup systems. I received a confirmation email with pickup and drop off, but apparently UHaul lost it somehow. I showed up to drop off and could not even get paperwork proving I had dropped it off until spending time on a call. The return business should have been to issue me something so I could have been on my way, while U-Haul fixed there mess up. Highly unlikely I’ll use you guys again for 1-way drop again
