I booked uhaul almost 15 days before the day I need it. I got the confirmation email as well. It was mobile pickup, the pickup time was 10am. I went there at 9.30 when I tried to get an uhaul the system was saying there is no vehicle assigned on your reservation. Then I had to wait for the staff to come and I took me one and half hour to get the uhaul, now after everything they overcharged me. The service was shit.

I was disappointed with the rental. The truck was not checked thoroughly after it the previous rental. As soon as I started the vehicle a low tire pressure warning message appeared on the console. The tire was almost flat and required a lot of air. When I opened the back, there were three pallets and some garbage left by the previous renter that I had to deal with. It's not unreasonable to expect to receive a vehicle that's roadworthy and clean.

TULLIO BI book the Uhal one way from Brampton to London but first they said I have to return truck back to same location than after couple of minutes arguing they try to find customer service number they not able to find than I need to call customer service and short out the problem which waste my 30 minutes
