We were coming for 8am on a winter day. The van was covered in snow - and frozen solid. No scraper - and no one though ahead to start the vehicle so that when we arrived we would not be delayed by over 15 minutes. The staff were lovely and supportive - just ensuring preparation is place in the winter would be appreciated. And scrapers are a must - there is no weather guarantee to ensure safety. Thanks for everything.

The truck wash out of gas, out of washer fluid and a caution light was one. Worst of all, there was a full set of tires in the back. The last customer even left the paperwork in the truck showing the town of Caledon rejected the tires at the dump. Does anyway inspect the vehicles ?
David FI booked uhaul almost 15 days before the day I need it. I got the confirmation email as well. It was mobile pickup, the pickup time was 10am. I went there at 9.30 when I tried to get an uhaul the system was saying there is no vehicle assigned on your reservation. Then I had to wait for the staff to come and I took me one and half hour to get the uhaul, now after everything they overcharged me. The service was shit.
BIKRAMJEET VI was disappointed with the rental. The truck was not checked thoroughly after it the previous rental. As soon as I started the vehicle a low tire pressure warning message appeared on the console. The tire was almost flat and required a lot of air. When I opened the back, there were three pallets and some garbage left by the previous renter that I had to deal with. It's not unreasonable to expect to receive a vehicle that's roadworthy and clean.
