The manager was most helpful. She made sure that I had everything I needed and even loaned me a hand cart for unloading. She treated me like a friend. She even gave me help finding service for my vehicle. When I was loading my stuff to leave, a couple came over to help me get my unruly mattress into the truck. Kind people use this facility! ❤️

I don't remember the names of the 2 young ladies (Pinnacle Employees) who were working the office on August 8th, but they were excellent. Very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. Outstanding customer service.
