I will never recommend U-Haul. This is the second time the vehicle I reserved was not available when I arrived to pick it up. This time I had to travel to three locations to finally get a truck much larger than I wanted. The additional cost for your error is unreasonable.

Norman W.Safety chain was almost worn in half from dragging on pavement. Trailer had large amount of sand inside and pick up location seemed to have no information on the rental. They changed the return location from what I reserved. Had to take trailer 18 miles in opposite direction
