This is the 4th time in a year we have rented, and this rental was not its best. The original size truck we wanted at the location we wanted was not available at the time we requested, we ended up having to drive additional miles in order to pick up a truck. It put us way behind schedule, and was not our best experience. We were charged for miles we probably would not have had to pay for, if it were rented from the original location we chose.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI didnt encounter anyone because it was a mobile drop off.
JEREMY BThe truck I reserved wasn't available, Uhaul customer service told me it was due to "the site not having Mobile pickup capabilities." Then they had me pick up another truck at that same site with mobile pickup 10 minutes later. It's obvious that the truck wasn't there and customer service lied to me about mobile pickup. I had to get a larger truck and waste my time dealing with customer service. Next time have the trucks on site that were reserved days ahead of time.
Cameron AI’ve been using a U-Haul a lot lately and so thankful to have it close by and be able to make it easy to check in and out.
